2. Service Description

iconicoal.ai is a free stock photo library that provides images created by the COALS AI community for download. All images on the Site are generated by users of the COALS creative platform and are made available to the public after passing through our moderation process. The Site allows you to browse, search, and download images at no cost and without creating an account. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. Image Licensing

All images available for download on iconicoal.ai are released under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). Under this license, you are free to:

Share — copy and redistribute the images in any medium or format
Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the images

Under the following conditions:

Attribution — You must give appropriate credit to iconicoal.ai, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. A simple credit line such as "Image from iconicoal.ai" with a link back to our site is sufficient for digital use.
NonCommercial — You may not use the images for commercial purposes. This includes selling products containing the images, using them in paid advertising campaigns, incorporating them into commercial merchandise, or any use primarily intended for commercial advantage or monetary compensation.

4. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You are welcome to use images from iconicoal.ai for personal projects, blog posts, school and university assignments, presentations, educational materials, non-commercial social media posts, and other non-commercial creative work. You agree not to:

Use automated tools, scripts, bots, or crawlers to mass-download or scrape images from the Site

5. Download Limits

To ensure fair access for all users and to protect our servers from abuse, we implement rate limiting on image downloads. The current limit is 50 downloads per hour per visitor. If you exceed this limit, you may be temporarily restricted from downloading additional images. Repeated or excessive abuse of download limits may result in a longer-term or permanent restriction from the service. If you have a legitimate need for a higher volume of downloads, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

6. Advertising and Ad Blockers

iconicoal.ai is a free service supported by advertising revenue. We use Google AdSense and may use other advertising networks to display non-intrusive advertisements on the Site. These ads help us cover hosting costs, maintain the platform, and continue providing images at no charge. We may require users to disable ad-blocking software in order to access certain features, such as image downloads. By using the Site, you acknowledge that advertising is integral to our ability to offer the service for free.

7. Image Content and Moderation

All images submitted from the COALS platform undergo automated moderation that screens for quality and appropriateness. However, we cannot guarantee that every image on the Site will be free of errors, suitable for all audiences, or meet your specific requirements. If you encounter an image that appears to be inappropriate, offensive, or of very low quality, please report it to us and our team will review it promptly. We reserve the right to remove any image from the Site at our sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site itself — including its design, layout, code, logos, and brand name — is the property of iconicoal.ai and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The CC BY-NC 4.0 license applies only to the downloadable images, not to the Site's design or branding. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or copy the Site's design, code, or branding without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
